Baby Toddler

I miss is being able to eat a meal that I have to share. I do not mind sharing, but all, and I mean everything I eat is open for mooching of my child. Even if you have your own plate, if you find something different on my plate, then it must have. Sometimes, if you think I'm going to eat something that he is not angry, although it is the same thing. It's just my piece is not as simple as yours is. But he calls with a passion unlike any other. I know that sharing is not very sanitary ware, but when you are tired, just want a sandwich and you have a toddler hovering around you like a vulture, sometimes simply do not have the energy to go back to get different dishes and utensils. Besides, what kind of mother would I be? I mean other animals that eat their young with them when young are real, some mothers just regurgitate food for them. I'm not into sharing it though. He can only eat at the fork.
Perhaps I missed a losing always sharing food with him in the past, but I'm not the only one who does. His father and sister have both succumbed to the mooching and end up having to divide their food and drink with him. He is a large dining room that never seems to never be filled by what seems to be constantly eating. He is not overweight either so I have no idea where it puts it all. I wish I could eat like him and stay slim. Now all I have to do is look at a grilled peanut butter and jelly and I gain 5 pounds.
Feeding him off of my plate is not as bad as sharing a bottle of water though. When we go somewhere I always bring a water bottle and that both he and I drink lots of water. I know I should bring separate bottles, but all I can do to remember to fill one and take it with us. The problem of sharing the water bottle is your drinking. Young children tend to "self-cleaning" when drinking. The deposits of all that is still in your mouth, if any, of the last three bites of food, drink again. So when you take your drink to do small bits of food floating in the bottle. No it's nice to know. It's amazing how before my little one came, I would have been upset, poured, cleaned and sterilized before drinking again. I even could have thrown the bottle. Now, however, just shrug and drink down. Sick, is not it. I'm certainly going to go thirsty, just because my son decided to share a meal shared with him.
Hey life with children is complicated and it is all part of the deal. I can not say that drinking "large" water is something that ever fully utilized, but it is something that the bet is lost years down the road. As time passes and the image of that little mouth to drink the same cup as you memory is a treasure and later want to return again I'm sure. Or maybe not.

What are your favorite natural baby / toddler nutrition books?
I buy organic baby food, but I'm much more interested in doing myself, and specifically, have a comprehensive plan detailing the needs of my baby. It is not entirely a child (10 months) and not eating pieces yet. It has teeth. Therefore, I am interested in books for babies and toddlers.
I love the book "Super Baby Food "by Ruth Yaron! I did almost all of my daughter solids (including cereal, because you probably have Celiac Sprue (a wheat / gluten intolerance) and most baby cereals have wheat or at least is processed on machines that also processes wheat. There are tons of grain healthier alternative out there to do cereals. My daughter's favorite is still the quinoa - and is almost 16 months old! I mix it with apple sauce or some other fruit or vegetable and likes it! I also use all organic foods. The book is very good. I have read many and no one else comes close. This explains all the food, when its okay to give them tons of recipes, etc. There are lots of recipes for children from babies through the toddler years - even as most of the appetizers child and helps me eat a little healthier because I'm doing to Avary! I recommend the book! Here is the website of the same; http://www.superbabyfood.com/ Enjoy!
