My personal history with Aromatherapy Wheels

When I started my first business in 1989 one of the first projects I did was an aromatherapy graph. He was a chart you can make in their condition through the use of wheels and see the proposed remedy. This is basically how it worked.

It was really fun award to make this project and that was when I learned about it. Since then I have been practicing natural healing techniques of the body regularly.

HOW TO USE THE WHEEL

The wheel is easy to use and designed to help you choose from more than 85 conditions physical and psychological. To use the wheel simply turn the dial to select the physical or psychological condition that have. A list of essential oils and how they are going to use is displayed. The physical conditions are indicated in black on the outside wheel. The psychological conditions stated in print blank in the face conference. B = bath - after you run your bath, add 6-8 drops of essential oil and mix well. A carrier oil can be added to make the mixture go further.
Note: no more than 8 drops, in total, If using more than 1 essential oil.
M = massage, a mixture of 5 ml of carrier oil combined with a drop of essential oil.
Note: Do not use essential oils pure, but diluted in base oil.
K = Kleenex, put 3 drops of Kleenex and suck gently and repeat the case of repurchasing.
V = vaporizer, put 4 - ~ drops of essential oils alone or mixed in the vaporizer.
HC = compress hot, place 4 drops of essential oil of S in a bowl of hot water. The compress should be placed on the water to absorb oil on the surface. Squeeze out excess water and apply compress on the affected area. If possible, apply for at least 1 hour.
CC = cold pack, follow directions for HC with cold water.
Sl = steam inhalation, add about 3 drops of essential oil (s) into a container with hot steam (not boiling) water and inhale slowly. A towel on. head, increase efficiency.
SB = Sitz bath, 2-4 drops of essential oils to the bath that is 3-4 "complete

EXPLANATION OF THE OIL COMPANY

Almond oil: lubricates the skin as well, an all round body and facial oil. Avocado Oil: deep penetrating oil that is very good for dry and mature skin. Best
mixed with other oils.
Late Primrose: Highly recommended for dry and mature skin.
Grapeseed Oil: This light, easy oil absorption, strengthens and tones the skin.

Jojoba Oil: One of the best oils for the face, good for any skin type.
Cream base: Is it an ideal companion for skin problems.
Olive Oil: Especially for the dry, well absorbed.
Sesame oil: good base for massage oils.
Wheat Oil germ: high in vitamin A and E AB good for dry skin and chapped dilution of 10% to higher oil transport.
