Why is the time of it in Lands End, as it is in the Shetland Islands?
If the distance of time from Southampton to Caen is different and yet is a shorter distance than to Scotland, why are not they different? Furthermore, if it works in latitude and longitude, then why is it so, not unlike the land at Dover?
Because the longitudinal distance is smaller than a time zone. Time zones are based on latitudinal no longitudinal distances.
