PA eligibility for EUC benefits?

I was just notified of my tiredness of my regular benefits of the University of California in the state of Pennsylvania. I began to claim in June 08, and was working part time for several months until it was completely dismissed. I am actively seeking a new job and wondered How long to take profit EUC occurring last week i picked up the benefits of UC was the week of 1/20/09. If anyone knows the details of how this works please pass along any information that may be from the PA office at UC's impossible to get on the phone. Thank you!
