The capital of the Northwest Territories is Yellowknife. It became the capital in 1967. The Northwest Territories are located west of Nunavut, east of Yukon, and northern British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. There are a lot of activity in the mining industry here. There is an abundance of diamonds, gold, coal and oil. So most towns and cities are booming with industrial activity. Some of the mines will allow you to do a tour of the mine, which is an awesome experience.

There are eight official languages in the province of Northwest Territories, which is the most in Canada, which are as follows

There are many interesting things to do in Northwest Territories in the summer there are large Flyin fishing and hunting. There is so much here that wildlife can enjoy nature spotting. Visit local community is also very clean, lots of history here with gold and diamonds. This province is a of the cleanest provinces because in the summer, sunlit while never seem to go down. So get out and see this province and enjoy the true nature its best.
